张翛翰于中国农业大学获得葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业的学士学位,以及食品生物技术专业葡萄酒科学方向的硕士学位,同时持有英国葡萄酒与烈酒教育基金会高级证书,目前在攻读葡萄酒大师头衔。他在中国白酒方面也有专业的学术背景,特别是对于茅台年份酒的鉴定方面。
张翛翰同时为FT、GQ、雅昌、新浪、RVF等数家葡萄酒和收藏杂志供稿,并且担任Les Amis du Vin总顾问。目前张翛翰担任施氏佳酿Zachys中国区销售总监,全面负责公司在大中华地区的战略发展。张翛翰是香槟襟彰会骑士。

Xiaohan received his Bachelor’s in Viticulture & Enology and his Master’s in Food Biotechnology in Wine Science from China Agricultural University in Beijing, and he also holds a Level 3 Certification from WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) and is now working on his Master of Wine study. He has also received academic and practical training of production and authentication of Baijiu, in particular, vintage Moutai.
Xiaohan is also writing for several wine and collection media, and is the principal consultant of Les Amis du Vin. He is now working for Zachys as China Sales Director, overseeing the sales, marketing and PR in Greater China region. He is awarded as an Chevalier of Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne.
