Longjing Prawns and Montrachet
As one of the most esteemed dishes in Southern China, Longjing Prawns is allegedly credited to Emperor Qianlong, who loved travelling in disguise. Produced with river prawns coated with egg white and newly-picked Longjing tea leaves, it is very fresh with a long lingering after-taste.
