Sweet and Sour Mandarin Fish with Mouton
Food and wine is always a combination of colours, aromas and tastes; while this particular dish adds sound to stimulate your appetite. This sweet and sour fish makes the sound of a hairy squirrel when you pour the hot soup on top of it! It’s not that usual to pair a red wine with fish, but the purity and complex notes of an aged Château Mouton Rothschild would be a great match with the fish. AZ, April 2013
