Steamed rice roll is a classic dim sum dish, and also many people’s first choice for breakfast. It can be either salty or sweet, vegetarian or not, to suit everyone’s taste. Rice rolls are white as snow, thin and transparent. The shrimp stuffing goes very well with a Bordeaux Blanc.
